Processed on the device
Detection and redaction run entirely on each computer. Documents are never uploaded, and the app works with the network turned off.
Signed apps
The Mac app is signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple. The Windows app is code-signed.
Signed updates
App and detection engine updates are signed, and the app checks the signature before installing anything.
